Opened in November 2000 as a community-based bakery with a Japanese theme, our bakery's motto is "continually make bread with honesty of purpose," and we strive to create delicious breads making use of wheat, yeast, and other ingredients.
We spare no expense in creating our Japanese deli breads. Ours are distinctive products that set us apart from other bakeries.

Richu Hamada-ya

Opened in 2011, the bakery has a detached kitchen.
This bakery is a commercial facility developed to serve the Taishido area. Using only the finest ingredients, a wide variety of products are available including items free of milk and eggs.

Mitsuru

Opened in 2005, this bakery is the sister store of Hamada-ya, and is the Akebonobashi area,
Inheriting the flavor and spirit of its sister store, this bakery has a wide variety of unique products and traditional Hamada-ya items.

HAMADA-YA BREAD BAR & COFFEE

Opened in 2010, at this bakery and café customers can enjoy bread, sandwiches and organic coffee prepared by our baristas.

Hamada-ya took the history and traditions of bread to create new values with the soul of Japan.
We want to deliver the delicious tastes of Japan to an even greater number of people. With that single thought in mind, we opened our first overseas store.
